Description:
This software was developped for the analysis of µ-FTIR images, but can be generally used for most FTIR images. It offers a wide range of tools to analyse and view FTIR images, such as PCA, cluster analysis and region of interest. Furthermore spectra can be cut, normalised or background corrected using a few different algorithms.Supported formats are: OMNIC (.map and exported .csv) and exported *.000 files created by OPUS.
